This solar lamp puts out a lot of light. I put it close to my back gate by my carport. It really lights up that area at night. What I don't like about it is the base. I filled it with water but it still does not seem very steady. Plus it is hard to get the pole to stand straight. The lamp is a bit top heavy. Additionally, the base is not very attractive. The product arrived amazingly fast. It was easy to assemble. The lights are covered with plastic and some of the plastic got stuck under the lights when I pulled the plastic coverings off. I suppose they will wear off with time. It came with a charger, remote, and even came with batteries which is unusual these days. The instructions had such small print that I had to use a magnifying glass to read the words. We shall see how long the solar keeps working on this lamp. I have had mixed results with solar devices.
