Solid construction. Not quite like the picture. Screws are black, not gold, roof panel does not look exactly like picture either. Put together by myself in about 13 hours, from unboxing to last screw, not extremely handy but a decent DIY'er. I did needed about 10 minutes of help from my wife to align the brace supports from the posts to the frame. The most annoying part was taking all the plastic off the metal roof panels (Tip: Don't try to do this if the panels are too cold or too hot, you will be tearing off small pieces). Out of all the material I would say the roofing panels look good but are very thin, the framing structure is quite sturdy to brace the panels but wouldn't want much snow to build up on it, as I can see the panels sagging under the weight.. The quality of this "iron" gazebo is pretty disappointing. It feels like aluminum and the panels are plastic and are scratched looking put of the box. There is discoloration on one of the panels. Maybe from being in the sun? I am not sure exactly it appears whiteish on the gray panel. Not great since it is meant to be outside. Some of the parts that are metal are bent and scratched. The assembly instructions are awful as well. I have an event in a few days that I purchased this for so hopefully it will come together and not look absolutely cheap and rickety once it is fully assembled. Update: Finally got a quick break in the weather & got the Patio installed. Overall was a project but not to the point it wasn't possible. Missing 2 pieces of interior roof edge molding for which Wayfair replaced pretty fast. Only thing not on board with is the post are not solid beams but hollow wrapped 4 pieced beams. One you can actually see a split in the construction of one of them Very happy to finally have a fixed roof gazebo. Did ratchet strap it to the tree's as we get very high winds here. Original post: Ships on 4 very heavy boxes. Came on 2 different shipments. By the look of it will be quite spectacular when completed. I purchased a 10 foot and an 8‘ x 10 pergola. We put them side-by-side and we have created a beautiful area which will be a setting area and a hot tub area.
