This clock makes a loud ticking noise even though the specs on the website said non ticking. I returned it but lost all the rewards points I used to purchase. The clock arrived assembled with black hands, the white hands were included as well. The black is hard to read at times with the "checks" in the wood pattern; I may have to change to the white hands. Also, the timing mechanism/hanger was not lined up so the 12 and 6 were vertical. I had to put tape on the back to straighten after hanging. The second hand stuck a few times over three hours (stopping the clock), but after a couple of nudges the clock now continues to run nonstop.
