8x8 Ceiling Vent

Enhance your bathroom ventilation with the EZ053-110, a 12-inch square exhaust fan designed to efficiently remove moisture and improve air quality in enclosed spaces. Featuring a powerful yet quiet AC motor with a 110 CFM airflow capacity at just 1.5 sones, this unit ensures optimal ventilation with minimal noise. Its modern design and durable construction make it a perfect fit for residential and light commercial applications.

It arrived safely and without any issues. It is a medium-sized extraction fan; it does not include any lighting. I hooked it up, and—compared to others—it is quite quiet. You can hear it, of course, but the sound is not loud. It is quite powerful, and the metal base looks sturdy; however, it does not include the hose for venting moisture outdoors.. Jess. FL. This is a great vent fan, higher powered than what we had, and it really pulls the moisture out of the bathroom. It's a little louder than what we were used to but it makes great white noise for the bedroom on the other side of the wall.. Amanda. Chico, CA. Sun May 17 2026

This vent cover looks really nice in my newly renovated bathroom. It is quite stylish and complements the other gold fixtures in the room. My reason for only rating it 4 stars is that it was missing the vent mounting clips and instructions when it arrived. While Wayfair sent the clips several days later, I feel it never should have been sent without them. The write-up said that they were included in the packaging and since other customers have noted this omission, quality control should have caught this error.. Ruby. Temple Hills, MD. Sun Jul 12 2026

These are gorgeous and high quality. My only complaint is that the screws around the casing have a rounded top and if you choose a register that very closely meets the measurements of your vent opening, it may not fit. We had to replace all of the screws with flat versions from Ace hardware to make this work. It was an extremely snug fit.. Jillian. NC. Fri Oct 02 2026

Nice and heavy. Haven’t installed it yet, but can’t wait. Will be a nice addition to my basement bathroom. Will probably get an electrician to take care of this one. Herman. Dorset, VT. Tue Jul 14 2026

Upgrade your home ventilation with this 80 CFM Bathroom Exhaust Fan. Designed for efficient air circulation, it quickly removes excess moisture, odors, and stale air from bathrooms, garages, laundry rooms, and other small spaces up to 80 square feet.

This is a great quality fan. My handyman assured me that it would suit my needs perfectly. I have a very small bathroom though, so, it would work better for me if I had an exhaust fan and light fixture in one. But, I plan to hold on to this and eventually use it in my basement bathroom.. I recently installed the Honeycomb Brass Floor Register from Signature Hardware, and it’s truly elevated the look of my space. The antique brass finish adds a touch of timeless elegance, and the honeycomb design is both classic and eye-catching without being overly ornate. Installation was a breeze — it mounts from the front and fits snugly into the duct opening. I appreciate that the mounting hardware is concealed, giving it a clean, seamless appearance. The solid brass construction feels sturdy and built to last, and it’s clear this isn’t just a decorative piece — it’s functional and well-made. If you're looking to upgrade your vent covers with something that blends style and substance, this register is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be ordering more for the rest of the house!. This sleek OKUN linear air vent features a modern square design with a pristine matte white finish that seamlessly blends into any ceiling or wall installation. The grille showcases four horizontal louvers with a sophisticated linear pattern that provides excellent airflow distribution while maintaining an ultra-clean aesthetic. The innovative hidden screw design eliminates visible fasteners for a flawless appearance, while the dust-resistant construction prevents buildup and maintains long-term performance. The fade-resistant matte white coating ensures the finish won't yellow or discolor over time, unlike standard plastic grilles. The precision-manufactured louvers allow optimal air circulation with minimal noise, making it perfect for residential and commercial HVAC systems. Installation is versatile for both ceiling and wall mounting, adapting to various architectural styles from contemporary to traditional. The square format and neutral finish complement any interior design scheme while the robust construction ensures reliable operation. This premium air vent combines functional performance with aesthetic appeal, delivering professional-grade ventilation without compromising visual design elements.

The vent cover arrived quickly and in good condition. I like the modern, clean style and the screws are hidden. The installation instructions are clear and remind you multiple times to measure the opening and purchase the cover appropriate for the space. There is no wheel or mechanism to open and close the baffles. You use your fingers or a screwdriver which could be a pain if you are using it in a ceiling or other difficult to access area. I have not installed yet but as I said its pretty straightforward as long as I have the right size.. Sharon. Wilkes Barre, PA. Mon May 04 2026

To measure your size correctly, remove the existing vent cover and measure the size of the duct. The duct opening size is what should be ordered. The Ribbon grille is a resin (polyurethane) decorative vent cover that is light in weight yet sturdy and strong. Grilles are unfinished and ready for you to primer and paint to achieve the perfect color for your setting. Each grille is made using a casting process that allows for a three-dimensional look. Grilles will not rust and are not prone to corrosion which makes them excellent for high-humidity areas and dry areas alike. Ribbon grilles are flat on the back and have no inserts. Grilles should not be used on the floor and are only for wall and ceiling applications for central air conditioning and heating systems. Due to the nature of the curing process, grilles can vary very slightly in size so please take the measurements as an approximate size. All grilles should be installed using the provided screws to ensure a safe application. Please note, that these grilles are intended to be primed/painted and will come in an off-white beige color.

Pefect for painting and worked perfectly. Brittany. Midlothian, VA. Sat Jul 18 2026
