I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on.
