Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. This is a great wine cooler! Looks very classy installed under-cabinet, and cools wine to a consistent temperature in both zones. The compressor is audible when it kicks on, but is not too loud or obtrusive. The shelves are first rate...they glide out easily on rollers. My only concern is longevity of the unit, based on other reviews. I took out a 5-year warranty just in case. Overall, a great unit. There are some additional things I would like to see on the unit (ability to turn lights on/off without opening the door for example), but these are my preferences. So far so good!. Brian C. I'm disappointed with this fridge. It's been nothing but trouble. It's extremely loud, and the manufacturer finally agreed to replace the fan motor because it sounded like it was about to explode. Then the handle broke. A year later, the compressor failed, and we had to pay for a diagnostic, only to find out that the repair would cost about the same as what we originally paid for the fridge. A fridge should last more than a year, and the manufacturer doesn't stand by their product. I plan to have further discussions with Wayfair.. Pat. Wed Aug 20 2025
