I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. Our house is being built and we can’t get the building put together just yet. However, materials are quite sturdy, metal is very firm. In reviewing the directions, they seem simple enough to follow once we can get it up. Pre-drilled holes, yay! It came in 3 well packed boxes with everything needed to put it together. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. Exactly as I expected. Look these sheds are low cost, so I wasn't looking for something fancy. It does the job and looks decent in the driveway. I am good at putting things like this together, but if you are not one of those people this might be frustrating. There are A LOT of parts. Use a drill instead of the screwdriver that comes with it. It will save you hours. This kit has eleventy-thousand screws. You are going to want to fill the floor grid with gravel or cover it with plywood, so figure that into the cost (plywood is cheap). I received the shed and once I finish putting it completely together realize that the floor frame that was supposed to come with the shed I did not receive. One of the deciding factors of why I ordered this particular shed was because it stated that it came with a floor frame and I did not receive it. Now that I have physically put it all together and do not want to waste my time taking it completely apart I now have to figure out a way to have a frame for the floor. I feel as though if you're going to list a product and in the actual description it states with floor frame it should actually have a floor frame. I'm just glad that had a prior platform to put it on because this would have completely been a waste of my money if I didn't have a structure to stabilize the shed.. Jennifer. Fri Jun 26 2026
