What a nice looking set! I’ve been looking for a new set of kitchen knives for some time now and came across these. I had planned to surprise my husband with them for Christmas but once I received them I knew I couldn’t wait that long! It comes with almost any knife needed and let me say they are super sharp! So much in fact my husband gave himself a little cut when putting them all in place. The overall holder is a little larger than I would have wanted as it takes up just a little more counter space than our old one, but not a deal breaker. I only took a photo of a few knives vs laying them all out, but you can still see the sharpness and quality. They are not lightweight but not heavy, just right! My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato. Purchased at an open-box discount. All knives were included. Some showed some residue from possible prior use, but that washed off without issue. The knives themselves are beautiful, feel great in the hand, and cut well. However, I found that the santoku and paring knife have a curve down the spine of the blade.
