Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick. I had come across one of these 3 - Quart Sauteuse with lid at another retail store and I love it ! The retail sore I purchased it from does not carry same items in multiple same merchandise all the time. So next best thing , I needed to check with Wayfair and you had several sets.
