Arrived damaged on one corner and a small dent thru the veneer on the table top. Wayfair said the manufacturer would reach out in two business days but its so heavy I dont want to handle a return. I think Ill put a coat of lacquer on it to keep my kids from scratching it. For the price this is an excellent solid table. These tops are made from beautiful reclaimed pine, spruce, fir, etc. with a metal edge and are about 1.5” thick. A cabinet-grade plywood backing adds additional stability to ensure that your tables withstand the normal wear and tear of a restaurant. Each table top is a natural reclaimed wood product, providing additional character with some variation in color and texture based on the raw material available. The reclaimed wood table tops come with a water-based urethane Matte finish to make them easy to clean and keep yourself free of pesky splinters. These table tops are not recommended for outdoor use.
