Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. Like sofa, it replaced a large, bulky sofa that blocked too much window & my legs didn't touch the floor when sitting on it. This new sofa is perfect for my space. Easy to put together with understandable instructions. I will say this sofa is not ideal for tall people over 6 ft. since it sits low.
