If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Just got this tier hat rack, and my first thought was. wow! It really fits a lot. I had caps piled up everywhere, on the entryway table and stuffed in the closet. Now they all have a spot. It says it holds up to 180 hats, which is way more than I need. The black metal frame is sturdy. No wobbling once it's set up. I like that you can adjust the height. I tucked it into a corner and also hang a couple of jackets on it, so it works like a coat rack too. Assembly was easy. Took me maybe 10–15 minutes by myself.
