Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The one issue I had was that there were no pre-drilled holes to attach the legs so it wasn't as easy as I'd expect to get them on for a product of at this price.. Mikhail. Framingham, MA. The Monaco comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Monaco has 15 strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief: 9 upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The hot/cold lever controls the temperature and the third lever diverts water between the mounted faucet and hand shower. It has a fill rate of 18 GPM, based on plumbing conditions.
