Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. It’s so cozy and the foam is strong enough that it doesn’t leave a dip. It’s not as big as I though but honestly you can connect it in different ways that it’s very spacious, it’s perfect for family movie night and we can all sit together.
