I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge. If you're concerned, I think the black version is just as beautiful, but I love how the mint green looks in my kitchen. Highly recommend!. Edm. Tue Mar 11 2025
