Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This bidet faucet is chrome, so it is shiny and nice looking. It is 1.5 GPM. The Rebris E collection is very slim and sleek, so it doesn't take up a lot of space. This is very simple to install and is made with quality materials. I love the design and how it makes my bathroom look more stylish. If you are looking for a bidet faucet, this is a nice one to get.. Love the quality of Hansgrohe products and this one does not disappoint. I love the raindrop feel of this overhead showerhead. It falls so softly you find yourself really relaxing. If you want a hard pounding showerhead, this is not for you. Although you can get that too with the hand held sprayer that can slide up and down the post or come off for hand use.
