Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. We liked the brushed nickel as it doesn't show fingerprints or soap spots as much! This was very easy to install, had all the necessary parts included, and liked that it included the plate for perfect match. I do think it was unnecessarily tall. A few inches shorter and it still would've been great. It's nice when having to do large tasks in the kitchen sink like washing large soup pots or even pup baths for the shih tzus! Bought this faucet in chrome finish. It really dresses up the sink area. The chrome finish does not seem to water spot. This prep faucet is the perfect size, not too tall and very sleek looking. The docking system seems very secure. The pull down hose lets me easily rinse my 33" single sink. I can even fill a 5 gallon bucket under this faucet. I also love the toggle to change the spray.
