Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Fabric is super loose and not fitted to the mattress and the mattress does get that dipping effect when two people lay on it at the same time. Not the best, but not the worst either. Surprisingly, the bed almost looks like a full-size bed because of how spacious the room is. If you have a large bedroom and have been debating whether to upgrade to a king-size bed, consider this your sign to do it! Assembly was the only challenging part. It took about two hours to put together, and this is definitely a two-person job. There are quite a few slats that need to be installed, so be prepared to spend some time assembling it. However, once everything was put together, it was completely worth it. The bed feels very sturdy, looks high-end, and paired with our mattress, it is beyond comfortable. I didn’t realize it had one and one of the pair I ordered has been leaking like a sieve and corroding for the last several months. I think the corrosion is a common occurrence with the bronze finish if you can’t keep them really dry, but not sure why both faucets I ordered are leaking so bad now because of my plumber or the product. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice. The wheels on the one side make it easier to move when on a smooth surface (otherwise I just pick it up entirely). I love that it comes with 3 fillers to allow it to fit from a small to a large pole, great idea and design! The wheel on the side is nice to tighten it down to the pole so it stays put easily.
