Delivered fast, but horribly packaged. This is how it was delivered, the box falling apart. The exposed side is scratched and dirty, one of the corners is bent. It’s missing the two door latches. The door is misaligned, the bar on the top is so badly misaligned that you can only get two of the four screws into it. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it.
