I was able to put this together and install it all by myself and I have no plumbing experience. came with two different waterlines so you could use which one fits your existing ones. So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. I also love that it is made of Porcelain (harder and stronger) and not ceramic. The plumber found it pretty easy to install and it came with everything needed. The seat is comfortable; the open and close mechanism is smooth. I love the touch button at the bottom, makes it unnecessary to touch the lids. The flush is very quiet and I LOVE that. The toilet is water resistant and that should it a lot easier to clean without worrying about shorting the electrics of it. It does say that it is antimicrobial, but, I do not see a UV light for disinfecting so there is no way to be sure. I like that it has a manual flush option, so it can be used even if the power goes out… I am yet to try the bidet and warming functions (Will update review after I have done so).. Arpita.
