It's a large and very well-built piece. The storage underneath is okay, but I needed a low sideboard as a sofa table for storage. Lined drawers nice for silverware and length good for placemats. Based on pictures from other reviews and the Wayfair listing I was thinking it was a bit darker grayish color. It is lighter than expected but it is gorgeous and I am very happy with the purchase overall. The delivery was top notch and seamless and highly recommend. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially.
