Item was delivered without any damage (thank goodness). Only one issue - the magnetic closure on the the left glass door was not keeping the door closed. Husband had to unscrew the bottom magnetic piece and reposition the screws to get it engage properly. Not a big enough deal to knock off any stars. This piece is beautiful. The oak is furniture grade with clear grain. The joinery is tight. The brass hardware is nice and the finish keeps the natural look of the wood while still gleaming. The glass does rattle, but that is an easy fix. It was packed well and had no damage despite the outside of the box being beat up. The construction of the drawers is of a very soft wood, and the drawer bottoms are an odd split panel that I’m not a fan off (will be difficult to keep clean).
