Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I bought two of these, but could only use one. There is an extra wire on this wall control, unlike the current control. The Minka Aire fan wiring was not set up for this, or so we thought.
