Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. The plaster guard has a flat top for easy leveling in installation to ensure the trim will be standing straight after installation. A test cap and plugs are included for pressure testing the connection between the rough-in valve and water supply lines.

This looks beautiful and also creates more space in the shower with its compact dimensions. Water volume and temperature can be adjusted via a concealed tap, sold separately. With its square wall flange, the hansgrohe FixFit E wall connection pairs particularly well with a geometric faucet design. Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.

The 2 in. wide x 52 in. tall post is compatible to be used with our Versai 46 in. or 48 in. tall fence panels.
