Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. It’s so pretty I can’t take it. It did come in a giant box and was very well protected and fully assembled. It’s extremely heavy and solid. It is a great size, petite enough to fit in a small space, while large enough drawers to fit a lot. I used mine for my record player setup and it looks gorgeous. It is definitely way too heavy to go up the stairs. All the gorgeous luxury details you could want are there, especially love the soft close drawers, leather hardware, and gorgeous wood grain!.
