The iBox Universal Plus Rough is designed to make renovations and new installations a breeze – “one rough fits all” is the motto of the iBox rough-in valve. Once installed, the universal rough is compatible with all standard Hansgrohe and AXOR shower trims, enabling a wide selection of finish and functional options. Rubber seals and trim carrier plate reduce in-wall vibrations and minimize noise transfer through finished wall. Standard 3/4-inch pipe inlets. PVC housing designed to penetrate finished wall surface to prevent leaks, as well as to allow direct access to water shut-off valves and for servicing without tile removal. The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck.
