Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Feels like good quality. Didnt realize when I picked it that it wasnt made for sinks that have been predated for 3 holes. So we had to get a universal plate to cover. Seems to work just fine.
