Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are in love with this loveseat. From the fabric to the wireless phone chargers on each side, plus a USB outlet (with a cover to protect from spills when not in use), and the cup holders with storage, we cannot be happier with it. It's very comfortable, and it's so much better to have the controls for each chair on the outside arm instead of in the middle. The electric headrest is a bonus because where you want your head while watching TV is definitely different from where you want it when you're napping. I bought this mattress to go on an adjustable frame. This mattress works great in it. The only disappointment was the edge of the mattress doesn’t seem to be reinforced as described. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
