We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. I ordered the San Miguel Shutters and the shutter lol. I love the shutters. The Starless night color is a navy blue. It is hard to tell in the photos. I really want them to be darker . I didnt want black. The shutters complimented the style of our home in 2 ways. The ark of the entry and the design of the front door go with the shutters. I didnt want run of the mill from the big box stores. Everything I purchased from Wayfair is different from the run of the mill like our amazing Garage lights and entry light. I love Wayfair.
