We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025

The ChemGuard top has a stainless steel sink, faucet, rod sockets that support the full upright set which is included. The faucet is operated by a toggle switch water pump that pulls and discards the water from the water bottles supplied. The unit has a GFI protected AC duplex electrical receptacle, extension cord and locks on all the drawers and doors. Rolls easily on 4" ball bearing locking swivel casters.

The lab stations is just what I thought I was going to get. There was some damage to it but customer service is taking care of that for me. The assembly was pretty easy to do.
