Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Part is new, looks good, arrived on time. Great. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed). The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers the benefit of being easier to clean versus a two-piece toilet. By removing the gap between the tank and bowl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris. An additional benefit of the one-piece toilet is that there is no threat of leaks from bolts or gaskets that can occur in two-piece toilets. The total eco UltraMax utilizes Toto's e-max® flushing system. The e-max flushing system features a 3” wide flush valve, extra-large siphon jet, and a large trapway. This reliable, highly efficient combination generates a powerful cleansing flush while only using 1.28 gallons of water. The Toto's Eco UltraMax 1.28 GPF meets the standards for EPA watersense®, and California's Eec and Walgreen requirements. The Toto's Eco Ultramax has a left-hand chrome trip lever and has an included Toto's softclose® seat, wax ring, and toilet mounting bolts.

We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately.
