Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. When I first installed the bathroom lighting (5-light vanity fixture), I used regular (standard bulb-shaped) bulbs. Looked attractive, but thought it would give off more brilliance. I just changed the bulbs to the T10 LED variety, and WOW ... WHAT BRILLIANCE!! So, it isn't always the design of the fixture, but rather the bulb application that can make a world of difference.
