The door is not smooth across the top/bottom two inches. The vertical and horizontal pieces of material do not line up exactly, which creates two different thicknesses for the door. This causes an issue as there is a gap between the thin part of the door and the guiders that you have to install, and thus the door is wobbly then you open it. Easy to program and works great. This is a second rote for a fan light we have at the top of our stairs landing.
