Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering. The wood support system seems solid and is good looking and you don't have to worry about legs breaking. Overall very nice piece. I'm not sure about durability of the various pillows. This is a wonderful, classy leather couch that will make any space look 5 times more sophisticated and warm at the same time. The leather is high quality and the couch is very sturdy. The couch came in one huge box, no assembly required. Just put the legs and screw them in and you get yourself a high end leather couch. I just hope the cats dont destroy it.
