I will report later about stability. Somehow there seems to be an extra bolt which may be a problem on my end. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering. The wood support system seems solid and is good looking and you don't have to worry about legs breaking. Overall very nice piece. I'm not sure about durability of the various pillows. I like how it looks like - kinda old style and cozy. I wasn’t sure which set do I need to select - left hand or right hand, but the support team helped me with it. Let me put the answer here, maybe it will help somebody else “Handing is determined by the exterior side of the door, whichever side the hinges are on.” The only concerning thing is that it’s hard to turn the lock, you need to put more forces than usual.
