It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I will report later about stability. Somehow there seems to be an extra bolt which may be a problem on my end. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering. The wood support system seems solid and is good looking and you don't have to worry about legs breaking. Overall very nice piece. I'm not sure about durability of the various pillows.
