Okay. The couch itself is absolutely wonderful! It's soft, the color is a wonderful gray and the USB outlets are awesome. Wayfair did a great job of refunding me some money when the couch was delivered defective even though it wasn't a defect that kept me from using the sofa. Product = Great. Customer Service = Phenomenal. My issue is with the "Red Barrel Studio" re-branding. It turns out the sofa is actually the Jackson Furniture Ava Sofa and has a much lower price point at stores nearby. I find that to be slightly questionable and would recommend that customers considering this couch look for the Jackson Furniture version locally first. When I spoke with the customer care team, they said this was pretty common practice which now makes me wonder if I should double check ALL items on Wayfair against local competitors for better prices. I will report later about stability. Somehow there seems to be an extra bolt which may be a problem on my end. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering. The wood support system seems solid and is good looking and you don't have to worry about legs breaking. Overall very nice piece. I'm not sure about durability of the various pillows. The explanation for material was confusing because and based on the picture I thought it should be microfiber for the seats and corduroy for the pillows but it’s microfiber at the bottom and covers by corduroy which is not cat scratch resistant and its 400 shipping fee to return , not happy with my purchase and I probably not going to buy big stuff from wayfair if it is going to be this much expensive to return.. The couch is beautiful to look at and the color I got was Contessa Ruby. The color leans more on the redpink side but it looks great in my space. It’s not very comfortable but hopefully over time I’ll break it in I’d give it 3.5 stars but that’s not an option. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
