Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. I noticed the microfiber construction provides a clean, sleek appearance while also cooling. My experience has been that GAIAM products are fairly durable and have reinforced stitching to help them last longer. The subtle orchids color is very nice and relaxing as well.
