Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially.
