The top rack for cutlery is a big improvement over my last dishwasher, and I like the being able to change the height of the the top rack (even changing the heights indepdentently to give more room to taller items on one side). The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. First off this is an amazing handshower. The powder rain is one of her softest rain shower experiences I have ever had. The design is gorgeous. And the fact that you can change the shower pulse type with a touch of a button is incredibly convenient and somehow they made the button press incredibly satisfying. “But why only four stars!!” You might be asking… Well, hansgrohe like so many others, has gone all plastic. The weight of this unit is nothing substantial and is kind of disappointing. However I trust hansgrohe, as I have a shower head and thermostatic control that has lasted 16 years with no issue.
