Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This is a wonderful, classy leather couch that will make any space look 5 times more sophisticated and warm at the same time. The leather is high quality and the couch is very sturdy. The couch came in one huge box, no assembly required. Just put the legs and screw them in and you get yourself a high end leather couch. I just hope the cats dont destroy it. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. I noticed the microfiber construction provides a clean, sleek appearance while also cooling. My experience has been that GAIAM products are fairly durable and have reinforced stitching to help them last longer. The subtle orchids color is very nice and relaxing as well.
