The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. As you can seen in the pic where the door looks like unfinished wood on the side with the hinges, that's where the installer had to trim down the door to make it fit in the wonky space. As you can see, that's wood. Nice solid wood. The door is a very nice addition to my house. It looks modern while still maintaining a vintage feel. I will purchase a second door 100% for sure for my other room. I wanted to make sure this one was quality and it definately is. It was also packaged very well and delivery was smooth and without damage. I would purchase this item without any worry. It is a very nice door and definatley a nice addition to your home.. Tamara.
