Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. I absolutely love this! What makes it even more special as my seven-year-old grandson that lives with me is learning to cook and he loves nothing more than cooking eggs for the family. Just makes it even more special. This is nonstick and it came with a spatula and brush that are so safe to use on this and it comes clean so easy without any problem actually, I think it’s scratch resistant. I thought I would try out this omelette pan since I do Make eggs quite a bit. I must say that it works quite well. The pics were of my first time using it and I have perfected it since.
