this is advertised as a prehung door and it is not. it comes in 3 boxes, one with the door in it, one with the frame in it(in 3 parts), and one with the hinges and door knob. there is no door know hole in the door, there is no notches where the hinges go in either the frame or the door, everything has to be cut out or drilled out. spend the extra money and buy one that is already put together as a real pre hung door.. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR.
