We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing! This door is meant for internal use and has a trimming allowance of ¼-in on each side and 1-in on the top and bottom, please note that trimming will damage any finish or the primer, and any edge that was cut must be sealed or painted to prevent moisture from entering the wood.
