The Oneda Coolest-Comfort Breathable Sheets Set did not make me hot. I sometimes sweat in my sleep and I think the sheets helped. My dog also sleeps in the bed and she makes me a hot and again I didn't wake up hot or sweaty or anything like that. The color isn't my favorite but it's ok.
