Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. If you want the finish to match and want a very well designed and precision made drain, then expect to budget something like this. It is very well made and designed. It is flexible in installation options where it can be flush to the wall, in the middle of the field or at the perimeter for a curb-less design. Chrome

Bought two of these as a Frankenstein solution to make another brand of single hole faucet (that came without any cover plates) work with my pre-drilled 3-hole counter tops. The cover looks pretty good with the modern style chrome faucet it was paired with and it does a good job being a cover for the most part.... For me, the lack of attachment mechanism cost it one star. It doesn't have any way of securing the sides to the counter so when the faucet is tightened down it causes the ends to bow up about 1/8th of an inch on each side.
