The tri-blend fabric offers a comfy "lived-in" softness and avoids that stiff, starched feeling of many cotton sheets. Instead, it feels silky yet substantial and the size is also a definite plus! The contour sheet was made for a mattress 14 to 16 inches tall. So for a change, I did not struggle to get the contour sheet on. And the top sheet also seems slightly oversized. It drapes effortlessly over the mattress without bunching. The dark grey color is particularly striking. It is a rich charcoal that adds a modern aesthetic to the room without showing lint and cat hair like black or white sheets do. The solid color makes it incredibly versatile, pairing perfectly both with colors (like a violet duvet set I have) and with neutrals (like the light silvery grey summer comforter I just got).
