It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. We were looking for a couch that would accommodate guests for short visits, and thought this would be a good choice from the ordinary pullout couch with metal bars across the sleeping area. The couch arrived in three large boxes, and took several hours to assemble. Directions were terrible, but an online video showed us what to do. The couch fabric is ok (we were expecting better), and the foam padding firm. The two pillows included have little stuffing, and we ordered foam to firm them up. Appreciate that it’s not off gassing toxins. * Update-Only negative is that I wish the bench cushion was flippable like the back cushions, I have to keep adjusting the cushion because it pulls forward physically and the material pulls forward so I have to unzip it and realign the seems. Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. Sofa reads deep Navy blue rather than black. See photos with black in my carpet also compared to the Wayfair photo online here. Took two people about an hour to unbox and construct. I will report later about stability. Somehow there seems to be an extra bolt which may be a problem on my end. Initial feeling when seated is a very soft, sink in and cozy experience as the fabric is smooth and velvety. However, if you're looking for more support when sitting this is not for you. I added two more firm throw pillows to support my back. It's long enough to stretch out which is nice if you're napping. The overall look is contemporary and elegant without being overpowering. The wood support system seems solid and is good looking and you don't have to worry about legs breaking. Overall very nice piece. I'm not sure about durability of the various pillows.
