The shower door handle is placed on the door from the inside and outside and fastened with two screws. The hole spacing is approx. 13.8 in; the Diameter of the drill hole is approx 0.5 in. The glass thickness can be between 0.25-0.5 in.

Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The Gerber Single Handle 1/2" Shower Diverter Valve enables flow to be diverted to different shower components, such as from a showerhead to handshower, or to both at the same time in two of the three models. The valve body is heavy-duty forged brass and features 1/2" IPS/Sweat connections.
